Can I really work 100% remotely?

Yes, you can work 100% remotely and within flexible working hours. The details of working remotely in a country outside your tax residency are regulated in our Workation Policy.

Where do you hire from?

For most of our roles, we recruit in Europe. Here, we can only consider applications from candidates legally authorized to work in EU member or candidate countries. However, there are also roles within Tidio that we hire for in North or Latin America (mostly in our Sales or CS departments).

Every role we promote will have a specified location in which we want to hire.

Can I work from an office?

Yes, of course. We are a remote-first company but if you prefer to work from the office you can visit us at our sites in Szczecin (al. Wojska Polskiego 81) or in Warsaw (Varso Place on Chmielna 73 https://cic.com/warsaw). We also provide you with a scheme to support using coworking spaces in your city.

Do you provide flexible working hours?

Yes, working at Tidio you have the opportunity to work 100% remotely work with flexible hours as long as you can attend agreed-upon online meetings with your team.
